The International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) announced the 2012 Global Outsourcing 100 rankings earlier this month. Average revenue for 2012 Global Outsourcing 100 providers was $1.6 billion and the growth rate of 6 percent versus 13 percent in 2008. And this growth did not result in a growth of employee count reflecting the tighter employment picture globally. The companies were assessed and judged by an independent panel of outsourcing buyers and academics on its:
1. size and growth,
2. customer references,
3. organizational competencies and
4. Management capabilities.
