ELIGIBILITY FOR APPLYING TO THE COURSE
The candidates who wish to apply for the regular course in any of the colleges of Education recognized by NCTE and affiliated to H.P. University should fulfill the following criteria.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant should possess either a Bachelor's Degree (Medical, Non-Medical, Arts/Commerce) or Master's degree or any other qualification equivalent there to with at least 50% marks (45% in case of SC, ST, and Ex-serviceman categories) from a recognized university established by law in India.

Age Limit : 18 – 45 Years
Qualification :
10+2 examination from a recognized University/ Board and Possess a speed of 30 WPM in English or 25 WPM in Hindi typewriting with knowledge of Computer Application related to office work (Word Processing, Electronic Spreadsheet). Provided that the condition of qualifying in the typewriting test will not apply in case of Physically handicapped person who are otherwise eligible for appointment to the post of Clerk in the University under these rules and who are certified as being unable to type by the Medical Officer of the University or by a Civil Surgeon.

Selection Procedure:
The selection will be made on the basis of performance in written test, type writing test and personal interview.
Application Fee : Fee for General Candidates Rs. 300/- and for SC/ST candidates it is Rs.75/-
